Disassembly and Reassembly

COMPONENTS




1. Remove the motor cooling tube from the blower unit.




2. Remove the vacuum motor.
3. Remove the blower upper case assembly from the lower case assembly.




4. Remove the blower resistor.




5. Remove the blower motor assembly from the blower outlet duct assembly.




6. Remove the blower motor cap.




7. Remove the washer clip from the end of the blower motor shaft.




8. Remove the blower fan from the blower motor.
9. Reassembly is the reverse order of disassembly.
