Front Bumper: Service and Repair

FRONT BUMPER

Front Bumper:






REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove the front bumper upper guard.






2. Remove the turn signal lamp and head lamp.






3. Loosen the wheel guard retainers in the front bumper.






4. Remove the screws in the lower side lower side front bumper cover.






5. Remove the fog lamp and disconnect the fog lamp connector.






6. Remove the retainer and the front bumper cover.






7. Loosen the front bumper rail mounting bolts and remove the front bumper rail.

Tighten torque 25 N.m






8. Installation is the reverse of removal.
