Front Bumper: Service and Repair

COMPONENTS

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION




1. Remove the head lamp and disconnect the head lamp connector.




2. Remove the front bumper cover upper mounting nut.




3. Remove the front bumper cover retainer in the upper side and lower side.




4. Remove the front bumper cover mounting screw in the corner of front bumper.




5. Loosen the retainers in the radiator grille and remove the front bumper cover from the front bumper back beam.




6. Remove the front bumper rail by loosening mounting nuts.

Tightening torque
Back beam mounting nuts: 1.9 - 2.8 kg.m (13.8 - 20.3 lb.ft)

7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
