Heater Core Case: Description and Operation

TEMPERATURE CONTROL ACTUATOR

Temperature Control Actuator:

1. Temperature control actuators are installed in the heater unit case. The control switches and the vent duct switch will operate actuators to regulate the temperature and discharge air.




2. Temp switch terminal voltage check.

MODE CONTROL ACTUATOR
1. Pressing the mode select switch with the ignition on will shift the driver side and passenger side mode door actuators as follows:

VENT -> BI/LEVEL -> FLOOR -> MIX
