Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Description and Operation

The triple switch is a combination of a middle switch as well as conventional low pressure and high pressure switches. The low pressure switch will turn off to stop compressor operation it refrigerant pressure is low. The high pressure switch will turn off to stop compressor operation it refrigerant pressure is too high. The middle switch will it turn on at a medium level pressure to determine the A/C system is overheating. It will cool the A/C system by operating the radiator fan and the condenser fan at high speed.
