Center Mounted Brake Lamp: Service and Repair

STOP LAMPS

REMOVAL

HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. Open the trunk lid then pull up the two mounting holder (A) to disconnect the stop lamp from the rear package tray.

3. Pull up the high mounted stop lamp assembly.

4. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) then remove the high mounted stop lamp assembly.
Replace the bulb (B).
5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
