Front Door Window Glass: Adjustments

DOOR GLASS CLEARANCE






1. Adjust the front door front channel by using the adjust bolt. (Distance between the front door front channel and door inner panel: 9.9 mm (0.39 in.)






2. Adjust the regulator by using the adjust bolts. (Distance between the regulator and door inner panel : 12.1 mm (0.47 in.)






3. Adjust and set the front and rear stabilizers in the positions which will ensure correct clearance, and tighten the stabilizer nuts securely.






NOTE: When the glass is fully closed, the glass end must be parallel to the weatherstrip in the roof section and the two stopper catch must simultaneously come into contact.
