TRUNK LID CONTROL BUTTON IN GLOVE BOX

DESCRIPTION:





The Azera is equipped with a Trunk Lid Control Button. The button is located in the glove box. When the button is in the "OFF" position, the trunk cannot be opened from the door-mounted trunk release lever or remote transmitter. For security purposes, when this switch is in the "OFF" position, only the master key will open the trunk.

If you are diagnosing a vehicle with an inoperative trunk release lever or inoperative remote transmitter trunk button, verify the Trunk Lid Control Button is in the "ON" position.
