Main bearing clearance 0.004 - 0.022 mm (0.0002 - 0.0009 inch) 0.1 mm (0.004 inch)

Main Bearing Caps
Install and uniformly tighten the 16 bearing cap bolts, in several passes, in the sequence shown.
Tightening torque:
M8 (A) 13 - 19 Nm (130 - 190 kgf-cm, 10 - 14 ft. lbs.)
M10 (B) 27 - 33 Nm (270 - 330 kgf-cm, 19.5 - 24 ft. lbs.)

Retighten the bearing cap bolts by 90° - 94° in the numerical order shown.
