System Specifications

Timing belt Tensioner





Alternately tighten the 2 bolts.
Tightening torque 20 - 27 Nm (200 - 270 kgf-cm, 14 - 20 ft. lbs.)

Crankshaft Pulley





Install the crankshaft pulley (A). Make sure that crankshaft sprocket pin fits the small hole in the pulley.
Tightening torque
Crankshaft pulley bolt 180 - 190 Nm (1800 - 1900 kgf-cm, 130 - 138 ft. lbs.)

Timing Belt Upper Cover





Install the timing belt upper cover (A) with 7 bolts (B).
Tightening Torque 10 - 12 Nm (100 - 120 kgf-cm, 7 - 9 ft. lbs.)
