Radiator: Service and Repair

RADIATOR

REMOVAL
1. Remove the side cover(A, B, C) and the engine cover(D).





2. Disconnect the battery terminal and the battery.





3. Remove the radiator cap to speed draining.
4. Remove the radiator drain plug and drain engine coolant.
5. Remove the auto transaxle fluid hoses (A).





6. Remove the auto transaxle fluid hoses (A).








7. Remove the radiator mounting bracket (A,B).





8. Remove the radiator mounting bracket (A,B).





9. Remove the radiator assembly from engine room.
10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
