Installation





Installation

1. Install the lower arm mounting bolts(A).

Tightening torque
A bushing :
100 - 120 N.m (1000 - 1200 kgf.cm, 73.8 - 88.5 Ibf.ft)
G bushing :
140 - 160 N.m (1400 - 1600 kgf.cm, 103.3 - 118.0 Ibf.ft)





2. Install the lower arm ball joint mounting bolts(A).

Tightening torque
100 - 120 N.m (1000 - 1200 kgf.cm, 73.8 - 88.5 Ibf.ft)





3. Install the front wheel and tire(A) on the front hub(B).

Tightening torque
90 - 110 N.m (900 - 1100 kgf.cm, 66.4 - 81.2 Ibf.ft)






CAUTION:
Be careful not to damage the hub bolts(C) when installing the front wheel and tire(A).
