Countershaft: Service and Repair

Disassembly

1. Remove the snap ring of front roller bearing.




2. Remove the front roller bearing by using the special service tool(09455-21000).
3. Remove the 4th gear sleeve and rear roller bearing by using press.






Reassembly

1. Install the 4th gear sleeve and rear roller bearing by using press and the special service tool(09432-2C100).




2. Install the front roller bearing by using press and the special service tool(09432-22000).




3. Install the snap ring of front roller bearing.

CAUTION:
Be sure to use a new snap ring.
