With pinion driven out by magnetic switch, push pinion back to remove slack.
2.
Measure clearance between front edge of pinion and pinion stopper,

Refer to specification chart for proper clearances between pinion front edge and pinion stopper.
4.
If clearance is not as specified, adjust with adjusting plate.
