Wiper Switch Testing

WARNING: All Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) harnesses and connectors are covered with yellow outer insulation and related components are located in the steering column, center console, instrument panel, upper radiator core support and at the front fenders. Do not use electrical equipment on these circuits, as accidental deployment or personal injury may result.

1. Remove steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel for procedure.
2. Connect a suitable ohmmeter and check continuity between wiper switch terminals as shown in Fig. 20.
