Cylinder head outside bolts
Step 1 98 Nm (10 kg-m, 72 ft. lbs.)
Step 2 Completely loosen all bolts
Step 3 34.3 to 44.1 Nm (3.5 to 4.4 kg-m, 26 to 32 ft. lbs.)
Step 4: 90 to 95 degrees clockwise [target: 90 degrees (angle tightening)]
Step 5: Another 90 to 95 degrees clockwise [target: 90 degrees (angle tightening)]





Intake Manifold
Step 1 4.9 to 9.8 Nm (0.50 to 0.99 kg-m, 4 to 7 ft. lbs.)
Step 2 26.5 to 31.4 Nm (2.7 to 3.2 kg-m, 20 to 23 ft. lbs.)
Step 3: Tighten all bolts and nuts to the final torque, evenly dividing the tightening into at least three steps.

Intake Manifold Upper Collector / Torque Sequence:

Intake Manifold Upper Collector 17.6 to 21.6 Nm (1.8 to 2.2 kg-m, 13 to 15 ft. lbs.)

Intake Manifold Lower Collector / Torque Sequence:

Intake Manifold Lower Collector 17.6 to 21.6 Nm (1.8 to 2.2 kg-m, 13 to 15 ft. lbs.)








Exhaust Manifold 28.4 to 33.3 Nm (2.9 to 3.3 kg-m, 21 to 24 ft. lbs.)
