HEATER & COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY

HEATER CORE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove heater & cooling unit assembly. Exploded View.





2.Remove fixing screws (A), and then remove heater pipe cover (1).
3.Remove fixing screws (B), and then remove foot duct LH (2).
4.Slide heater core (3) to leftward (as shown in the figure).

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
Refilling Engine Coolant when filling radiator with engine coolant.
