KEY CYLINDER SWITCH DOES NOT OPERATE POWER WINDOWS

Diagnosis Procedure


1. PERFORM INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE

Initialization procedure is executed and operation is confirmed.
Refer to{LINK_TO_MANY:0000000007457411}{LINK_TO_MANY:0000000007457412}{LINK_TO_MANY:0000000007457413}, "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REMOVING BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL : Special
Repair Requirement".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- INSPECTION END
NO- GO TO 2.

2. CHECK DRIVER SIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH)

Check driver side door lock assembly (door key cylinder switch).
Key Cylinder Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
