Removal And Installation




STARTER MOTOR

VK56VD : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal. Removal And Installation.
2.Remove engine cover. Removal And Installation.
3.Remove intake manifold. Removal And Installation.
4.Remove terminal B nut, and then terminal B harness.
5.Disconnect connector S.
6.Remove starter motor mounting bolts.
7.Remove starter motor upward from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Be sure to tighten terminal B nut carefully.
