Lifting Sensor Control Unit




POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

LIFTING SENSOR CONTROL UNIT : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK LIFTING SENSOR POWER SUPPLY

1.Turn ignition switch ON.
2.Check voltage between lifting sensor control unit harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- GO TO 2.

2. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect lifting sensor control unit connector and driver seat control unit connector.
3.Check continuity between lifting sensor control unit harness connector and driver seat control unit harness connector.





4.Check continuity between lifting sensor control unit harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Replace driver seat control unit. Driver Seat Control Unit.
NO- Repair or replace harness or connector.

3. CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between the lifting sensor control unit harness connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- INSPECTION END
NO- Repair or replace harness.
