KEY REMINDER FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE

INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK "ANTI KEY LOCK IN FUNCTI" SETTING IN "WORK SUPPORT"

Check "ANTI KEY LOCK IN FUNCTI" setting in "WORK SUPPORT".
Refer to "INTELLIGENT KEY : CONSULT Function (BCM INTELLIGENT KEY)" Intelligent Key.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Set "ANTI KEY LOCK IN FUNCTI" setting in "WORK SUPPORT".

2. CHECK DOOR SWITCH

Check door switch.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Door Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK TRUNK ROOM LAMP SWITCH

Check trunk room lamp switch.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Trunk Room Lamp Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CHECK INSIDE KEY ANTENNA

Check inside key antenna.
- Instrument center: Refer to "DTC Logic" B2621.
- Console: Refer to "DTC Logic" B2622.
- Trunk room: Refer to "DTC Logic" B2623.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 5.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

5. CHECK UNLOCK SENSOR

Check unlock sensor.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Unlock Sensor.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 6.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

6. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
