AWD CONTROL UNIT

Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Refer to "Exploded View" Exploded View.
2.Remove storage box. Refer to "Exploded View" Exploded View.










3.Remove AWD control unit bolts (black arrow).
4.Disconnect AWD control unit harness connector.
5.Remove AWD control unit (1).

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten AWD control unit bolts to specified torque.





CAUTION:
Do not drop or shock AWD control unit.
Reset electronic systems as necessary. Refer to "How to Handle Battery" Procedures.
