BACK DOOR LOCK

TOUCH SENSOR : Removal and Installation


CAUTION:
Use care not to bend touch sensor.

REMOVAL

1.Remove back door side finishers (LH/RH). Refer to "BACK DOOR SIDE FINISHER : Removal and Installation" Back Door Side Finisher.
2.Disconnect the harness from the touch sensor.
3.Release clips and remove TORX screws that retain touch sensor.
4.Remove touch sensor harness from the back door assembly, then remove touch sensor.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
After installation, check back door open/close, lock/unlock operation.
