DTC 33

1. Turn starter switch to the ON position, then check if battery voltage is present terminals 21 and 22 of the control unit harness connector.
2. If battery voltage is not present, disconnect fuel injector harness electrical connector and check if voltage is present at each connector.
3. If voltage is not present, replace dropping resistor, main relay or starter switch assembly. If voltage is present, proceed to step 4.

4. Check resistance of fuel injector circuit as shown in Fig. 68 then compare with specifications in chart, Fig. 71
5. If measured resistance is not as specified in chart, repair or replace defective parts. If terminal 21 has been grounded, also check for grounding at multi-drive monitor.
