Brake Pedal Assy: Adjustments

1. Adjust Master-Vac pushrod so that distance between upper face of floor carpet and lower face of brake pedal (H), Fig. 2, is approximately 5.63 inches.
2. Adjust brake switch so that clearance between brake switch and brake pedal (A) is .0039 inch.
3. Turn brake switch 1/2 turn so that clearance (H) is adjusted to 5.52 inches.
4. Bleed brake system, then ensure that brake pedal freeplay is .24-.39 inch and that pedal stroke is not more than 2.95 inches.
