Assembly

To assemble, reverse disassembly procedure, noting the following:
1. Measure air gap using a suitable thickness gauge. If air gap is not .012-.020 inch, adjust air gap by loosing two screws and moving igniter unit.
2. When installing governor weight springs, ensure smaller tapered ends of the spring is secured to lower side of hook.
3. Carefully align rotor shaft notches and governor shaft notches.
4. Install new collar pin and stake pin using suitable tools.
5. Align scribe marks on breaker plate assembly and at housing.
6. Roll pin notch and retractor notch should be parallel when roll pin is inserted into retractor.
