Front Pads

1. Raise and support vehicle and remove front wheels.
2. Remove upper and lower caliper mounting bolts, then remove caliper from disc, leaving brake hose attached. Do not let caliper hang by brake hose.
3. Remove brake pads, with shims, from support bracket.
4. Apply thin coat of suitable grease to rear face of new brake pad and install shim.
5. Push in caliper piston and install pads.
6. Install caliper assembly, then tighten retaining bolts to specification.
