OIL COOLER REPLACEMENT








Remove or Disconnect (Figures 29 and 30)


1. Headlight and front combination light.
2. Radiator grille.
3. Coolant tank.
4. Air duct.
5. Canister with bracket.
6. Oil cooler hoses.
7. Oil cooler with pipes.

Install or Connect (Figures 29 and 30)




1. Oil cooler with pipes.
2. Oil cooler hoses.
3. Canister with bracket.
4. Air duct.
5. Coolant tank.
6. Radiator grille.
7. Headlight and front combination light.

OIL FILTER ADAPTER AND OIL COOLER HOSES REPLACEMENT




Remove or Disconnect (Figure 31)


- Raise the vehicle.
1. Oil filter.
2. Oil pressure unit and switch.
3. Oil cooler hoses.
4. Eye bolt.
5. Gasket.
6. Oil filter adapter.
7. Gasket.


Install or Connect (Figure 31)


1. New gasket.
2. Oil filter adapter.
3. Gasket.
4. Eye bolt tighten Bolt to 85 N.m (63 lb.ft.)
5. Oil cooler hoses.
6. Oil pressure unit and switch.
7. Oil filter.
- Lower the vehicle.
