Fig. 2 Frame to rear mount attaching bolt location:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Slide gearshift lever boot upward and remove lever.
3. Remove starter and position aside.
4. Raise vehicle and disconnect exhaust pipe hanger from transmission. Drain transmission.
5. Disconnect speedometer cable.
6. Remove propeller shaft.
7. Remove return spring from clutch fork.
8. Remove bolts securing the flywheel cover.
9. Remove frame bracket to transmission rear mount bolts, Fig. 2.
10. Raise engine and transmission slightly to remove the crossmember to frame bracket bolts.
11. Remove rear mount bolts from transmission rear cover.
12. Lower the engine and transmission assembly and support rear of engine.
13. Disconnect electrical connectors from CRS and back-up lamp switches.
14. Remove transmission to engine attaching bolts and lower transmission from vehicle.
15. Reverse procedure to install.
