Vehicle Speed Sensor: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove air duct and air cleaner assembly.
2.
Disconnect
vehicle speed sensor electrical connector from engine harness.
3.
Remove sensor retaining bolt, then sensor.
4.
Install new O-ring on sensor, then sensor into transaxle assembly.
5.
Torque vehicle speed sensor retaining bolt to 4 ft. lbs.
