Throttle Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

PRELIMINARY INSPECTION
1. Check that operation of the accelerator pedal and control cable is smooth.
2. Check that valve stopper returns and makes a firm contact with the throttle valve stopper screw when the throttle valve is released.

NOTE: The throttle valve stopper screw is factory set and sealed with paint. Setting of the screw should not be disturbed unless absolutely necessary.
