Radiator: Service and Repair

1. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Drain engine coolant from radiator.

4. Remove radiator hoses, Fig. 72.
5. Remove coolant recovery hose from filler neck.
6. Remove lower and upper fan shrouds.
7. Remove automatic transmission oil cooler lines.
8. Remove radiator.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
10. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
