General Description

Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Control System
This system limits fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere by storing the fuel vapors in a vapor canister. When the engine is able to use the extra fuel vapor, the fuel vapor is then purged from the carbon element by intake air flow and returned to the intake manifold for combustion during engine operation.
