TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS:
1. Check condition of CTSY Fuse. If fuse is open, locate and repair source of overload, Replace fuse.
2. Check the CTSY Fuse for battery voltage.
3. If fuse is not open, proceed with diagnostics.
