Heater Control Assembly:

Vacuum Harness To Rotary Valve:

Vacuum Harness Routing:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Control assembly screws.
3. Control assembly from the instrument panel.
4. Vacuum connectors, as necessary.
5. Electrical connectors, as necessary.

Heater Control Assembly:

Vacuum Harness To Rotary Valve:

Vacuum Harness Routing:

Install or Connect
1. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
2. Vacuum connectors, as necessary.
3. Control assembly to the instrument panel.
4. Control assembly screws.

Tighten
- Control assembly screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

5. Instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Interior Trim.
6. Perform heater function test. Refer to Heater Function Test.
