Ambient Light Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front speaker grille from the vehicle. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front in Entertainment.




2. Turn the sensor counter-clockwise fraction4; turn to remove.
3. Disconnect the electrical connection from the DRL ambient light sensor.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connection to the DRL ambient light sensor.




2. Insert the sensor and turn counter-clockwise fraction4; turn to seat.
3. Install the front speaker grille to the vehicle. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front in Entertainment.
