Air Cleaner Assembly ReplacementRemoval Procedure
1. Remove the air filter element and move the duct out of your way.
2. Remove the two retaining nuts (1) from the retaining studs (3).
3. Disconnect all of the washer pump electrical connectors.
4. Disconnect all of the washer pump hoses and plug the washer pump outlet ports to prevent leakage of washer fluid.
5. Lift the lower air filter housing-washer solvent tank assembly off of the retaining studs (3) and remove the assembly.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the lower air filter housing-washer solvent tank assembly onto the retaining studs (3).
2. Reconnect all of the washer pump hoses to the washer pumps.
3. Reconnect all of the washer pump electrical connectors.
4. Install the two retaining nuts (1) to the retaining studs (3).
Tighten the two retaining nuts to ....................................10 N.m (89 lb in).
5. Install the air filter element.
