Reinforcement Inner Panel Replacement - Endgate

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the endgate inner trim panel.
2. Remove the endgate control module.
3. Remove the bolts retaining the endgate inner reinforcement panel to the endgate.
4. Remove the inner reinforcement panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the endgate inner reinforcement panel to the endgate.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts retaining the inner reinforcement panel to the endgate.

Tighten the inner reinforcement bolts to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft).

3. Install the endgate control module.
4. Install the endgate inner trim panel.
