Air Mix Door and Mode Door

Removal

1. Remove the heater unit.
- Refer to Heater Unit.

2. Remove the fin sensor cover and plug the sensor connector into the unit (with A/C).
3. Remove each connected lever from the air select and temperature control cable.
4. Remove the mix lever.
5. Remove the mode lever.
6. Remove the door lever.
7. Split up the heater unit case.
- Split carefully without straining the heater core or evaporator core.
- Pay attention to ensure that the sensor connector is not caught in the unit (with A/C).

8. Remove the mode door.
9. Remove the air mix door.
