Compressor

Installation

1. Install the compressor.
- Tighten the bolts of the compressor to the specified torque.







2. Install the high and low pressure hoses.
- Do not reuse O-rings. Make sure to replace them with new ones.
- Always apply a layer of compressor oil to the new O-rings before connecting the hose.
- Tighten the bolts of the high and low pressure hoses to the specified torque.







3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt 5.2L Drive Belt 3.0L in the Cooling System.
4. Install the magnetic clutch harness connector.
5. Supply the refrigerant.
