Heater Core

Removal

1. Remove the blower ASM.
- Refer to Blower ASM.

2. Remove the heater pipe from the heater core.
- Remove the heater pipe from the joint (1) using tools such as a flat blade screwdriver.






3. Remove the pipe cover.
4. Remove the heater core. (Do not reuse the heater core.)
- Pull out the heater core from the heater unit.

To reuse the heater core, remove the heater and evaporator unit, followed by removing the core carefully by pulling it out with the heater pipe attached.
