Blower Assembly - Passenger Side

- Disconnect the battery earth lead.
- Remove the glove box liner.

RH Blower Motor:

- Remove the nuts securing the component panel to the blower (1) assembly. secure the component panel clear for access to the blower assembly mounting bolts.
- Disconnect the ambient temperature sensor leads at the lucar connectors (2).
- Disconnect the pliable trunking from the Stub pipes on the side of the air conditioning unit (3).
- Disconnect the blower m0t0r harness block connector.
- Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the flap operating servo on blower assembly (4).
- Open the recirculation flap and fit a wedge to retain it in the open position (5).
- Remove the bolts securing blower assembly to mounting brackets (6).
- Ease the blower assembly from its location Remove the tape securing the ducting to the assembly (7).
