Air Injection Manifold: Service and Repair
Fig.6 - Air Manifold Removal:
1.
Remove hot air duct retaining hardware, and remove hot air duct.
2.
Disconnect check valve hose (2) from air manifold.
3.
Disconnect air manifold support brackets (3).
4.
Loosen manifold to cylinder head union nuts (4), and remove air manifold. Reinstall in reverse order of removal.
