Intake Air Plenum: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Partially drain cooling system, then disconnect water lines from plenum chamber, if equipped.
3. Remove throttle bracket and oil dipstick tube from plenum chamber.
4. Disconnect air lines from intake manifold and plenum chamber.
5. Disconnect brake servo vacuum line, air regulator valve line, pressure regulator valve line and cold start injector from plenum chamber.
6. Remove bolts and plenum chamber from throttle housing.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
