SUBJECT: AIR CONDITIONING RECEIVER DRIER
KEY POINTS: Change in mounting position of receiver drier.
The air conditioning receiver drier mounting position has been changed from VIN-412068. The sight glass is now on the lefthand side of the vehicle. This change was made to minimize any tendency to temperature variation. The following mailgram was sent to all dealers on January 10, 1985.

"The position of the receiver drier has been reversed on XJ6 vehicles, i.e. the sight glass is now on the lefthand side of the vehicle whereas previously it was on the righthand side. This change commenced at VIN-412068. A technical service bulletin will be issued covering this subject."
