Fluid Filter - A/T: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle, then drain vacuum modulator.
2. Remove ten pan bolts, leaving two at front and one at rear.
3. Slowly loosen remaining bolts, allowing fluid to drain.
4. Remove remaining bolts and pan.
5. Remove filter securing bolt and filter.
6. Reverse procedure to install, fill transmission with Dexron IID automatic transmission fluid or equivalent to proper level.
