Overrun Fuel Cut-Off

PURPOSE
Improves fuel economy and aids in emission control.

OPERATION
The ECU initiates fuel cut-off (cancels injector operation) when throttle is closed, engine speed is above 1100 rpm, coolant temperature is above 86°F (25°C) and 1500 rpm has been exceeded since engine start.
