Test 13 - Ignition Input Short Circuit

Test LB86-2 (LB86-2) for short circuit to ground.

If not ground, test passed.

If ground, disconnect the passive restraint module.

Test LB86-2 (LB86-2) male for short circuit to ground.

If not ground, fault is short circuit in passive restraint module.

If ground, disconnect SC5 (SC5) and repeat short circuit test.

If not ground, fault is short circuit ignition switch.

If ground, disconnect LB55 (LB55) and repeat short circuit test.

If not ground, fault is short circuit steering column harness.

If ground, disconnect LB64 (LB64) and repeat short circuit test.

If ground, fault is short circuit in bulkhead harness.

If not ground, test LB64-2 (LB64-2) female for short circuit to ground.

If ground, fault is short circuit in bulkhead harness.

If not ground, fault is short circuit in inertia switch.
