Test 15 - Inertia Switch Input Short Circuit

If not ground, fault is short circuit in inertia switch.

If not ground, lock all doors and repeat short circuit test.

If ground, fault is short circuit in bulkhead harness.

If not ground, fault is short circuit in diode LBD3.
