Fluid Intake Hose

The following bleeding procedure is to be used for all procedures involving the motor/pump unit, fluid intake hose, or actuation unit.
1. Be sure ignition is OFF.
2. Fill fluid reservoir to approximately 2mm below bottom of filler neck.
3. Disconnect fluid intake hose at pump and allow fluid to flow into a container until it is air free.
4. Be sure plastic elbow O-ring is not damaged and reconnect hose while fluid is flowing.
5. Switch ignition ON and operate brake pedal several times.
6. If motor/pump unit is charging, fluid level in reservoir will decrease. Upper cut-out point should be reached in less than 60 seconds.
